In the March 2005 SAMSON AG has acquired of the entire interest of its local agent of 27 years' standing, Monitor Instruments, for the purpose of establishing a fully fledged SAMSON subsidiary in the southern African region.

The new subsidiary, trading as Monitor SAMSON Controls, was established from the existing offices and workshop in Montague Gardens/Cape Town.

With this new SAMSON valve competence centre in Cape Town/South Africa we are able to ensure that our clients in the southern African region receiver the highest standard of quality service by our well trained and experienced internal staff and area representatives.

As your first line to support and service we provide stock items, assembly facilities repair and testing services.  We also provide our clients with a prompt delivery service through the southern African region. Our in-house facilities enable us to respond promptly to customer requests and where possible to despatch valves the same day.

With our full stock range of SAMSON spares, we are capability to receive and repair most units. This includes valves in cast iron/steel, stainless steel and PTFE lined. We  also provide our clients we a quick response time to solve their control equipment problems.

Since June 2009 our company changed its name change from MONITOR SAMSON CONTROLS PTY LTD. to SAMSON CONTROLS (PTY) LTD.

The change in name was a natural progression in identifying with our holding company. This change signals our strong brand identification and commitment to customer service.
